Placeholder — complete before going live. The fields below must be filled in with your verified registered entity, company number, registered address and, where applicable, regulator and licence number. Do not publish approximate or aspirational regulatory claims: in this industry that is a legal problem, not a marketing one. If an entity is unregulated in a given jurisdiction, state that plainly instead.

The Short Version

What these documents actually say

A summary is not a substitute for reading them, but here are the points that matter most.

You can lose your money

CFDs are leveraged. A modest adverse move can wipe out a large share of your deposit, and a large share of retail traders lose money trading them.

We do not advise

CSO Markets provides execution, platforms and education. Nothing we publish is a personal recommendation, and we are not licensed to give investment advice.

Verification is mandatory

Identity and address checks are a legal requirement, and funds must come from and return to accounts held in your own name.

Not available everywhere

We do not accept clients from jurisdictions where our services would breach local law or applicable sanctions.

Segregation is not insurance

Client funds are held separately from company funds. That governs how money is held; it does not protect you from trading losses.

Terms can change

Documents are updated from time to time. Material changes are notified, and the current version always governs your account.

Questions

Unclear on something in these documents?

Ask us before you open an account. We would far rather explain a clause now than argue about it later.

Risk warning: CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford the high risk of losing your money.
